President and CEO: David Cordeiro
Mr. Cordeiro is an executive with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Cordeiro holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, and a Juris Doctorate in Law from Syracuse University. Mr. Cordeiro served in the U.S. Army, worked for the U.S. Air Force, and worked for many public and private companies as an Electrical Engineer (e.g., software architect - GE, IBM) or Attorney. Mr. Cordeiro also affiliates with other companies in order to bring a full suite of AI educational services to his customers. While Mr. Cordeiro is a licensed attorney in California, D.C., and New York, and has been a lead counsel for many companies, he EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS providing legal services and/or advice in all KalySoft, LLC contracts.
Our History
KalySoft, LLC started in 2025 as software AI agent creation company. Thereafter, we discovered that there are enough AI agents but not enough expert educators for these AI agents. Of course, this is exactly what Mr. Cordeiro and the KalySoft, LLC team bring to the table - expert education based upon skills developed over decades.
